The main raw material of Trelon is TPE, it is a kind of high-elastic material which compounded and foamed by TPE, together with the advantage of excellent skid-proof, well tactility, smell-less and scentless of vulcanized rubber. It is worth mentioned that the foam particularity of Trelon is outstanding. As Trelon could stop the shoe sole from inhaleing foot perspiration so that to keep shoes clean and prevent them from stale after long time wearing, therefore it is applied to the production of slippers successfully.

Meanwhile the manufacturing process of Trelon also conforms well to the government requirements of industrial safety and environmental protection, because we don’t have these additives in the formula which could cause harmful influence on the health of factory operating personnel such as Carbon Black and some other harmful chemical substances like Sulfur and Vulcanization accelerator.

In addition, as depending on the regulation of crosslinking recipe technique, it is easier to increase the repeated and recycling using rate of wasted materials.
